1. OVERVIEW

Welcome to Blanc Detail.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the booking and provision of our automotive care services.  

References to “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Blanc Detail, a trading name of Blanc Bloc Limited (Company No. 15952972).  

By accessing our website or booking any service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

 

2. SERVICES

Blanc Detail provides mobile automotive care services, including interior and exterior vehicle cleaning, maintenance services and related enhancements.  

All services are delivered on a best-endeavours basis, using professional methods and products appropriate to the vehicle’s condition at the time of service.

 

3. BOOKINGS & ACCEPTANCE

When you place a booking through our website, you are making a request for services.

A booking is not confirmed until accepted by Blanc Detail.  

We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion, including where the service requested is not suitable for the vehicle’s condition or where access requirements cannot be met.

 

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.  

Services are priced based on vehicles in average condition. Where a vehicle requires significantly more time due to its condition, we reserve the right to recommend an alternative service, adjust the scope of work, or reschedule. Any changes will always be discussed with you before work begins.  

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

 

5. VEHICLE CONDITION & SERVICE SCOPE

Our services assume a reasonable starting condition.  

Vehicles requiring additional time due to factors including but not limited to excessive soiling, pet hair, strong odours or long-term neglect may require additional work or an alternative service. Blanc Detail is under no obligation to proceed if the vehicle condition exceeds the scope of the booked service.

 

6. ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

Our mobile services require access to an outdoor power supply and an outdoor water supply.  

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure access is available at the agreed booking time. If access is not available, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the booking.

 

7. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the service.  

Blanc Detail accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

 

8. PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE

Blanc Detail is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, paint defects, interior wear, loose trim or mechanical issues.  

Any issues identified before or during the service may be brought to your attention but remain your responsibility.

 

9. WEATHER & SAFETY

Services may be postponed or rescheduled due to adverse weather or conditions that prevent work from being carried out safely or to an acceptable standard.  

We reserve the right to reschedule services where necessary.

 

10. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.  

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

 

11. MAINTENANCE PROGRAMMES

Ongoing maintenance programmes are available following an initial qualifying service.  

Maintenance bookings must be maintained within the agreed interval. Failure to do so may require a new initial service before maintenance can continue.

 

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including text, images, branding and design, is owned by Blanc Detail or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

 

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blanc Detail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the provision of services.

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the service provided.

 

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
